Welcome

The Service Animal Education and Access Alliance (SAEAA) exists to educate the general public, prospective service animal handlers, and service animal handlers in training about service animals, task training, and public access. The Service Animal Education and Access Alliance also exists to educate businesses about public access laws for service animals, to help teach service animal protocol, rights, and laws to help increase education and decrease lack of public knowledge, which can be hazardous for service animal handlers.
